I have always had a mixed opinion of realtors and the profession in general, that is until Ms. Patty Ross represented the sale of my home in Carmel, California.

The home had been in my late wife’s family for nearly three quarters of a century. Many beautiful times were had in that home and some sad ones as well. I use the word home because that is what it was. It was not an investment property or a commodity to be traded. It was a place where people had lived their lives and because of that it was difficult to leave.

Given such conflicting emotions I was very fortunate to have had Ms. Ross as my advisor. I have never met a more professional and dedicated businessperson. Honest to a fault, Patty worked tirelessly to present my beloved home to the public with sensitivity and taste understanding that this was more than just a sale. Her knowledge and instincts were second to none and it became clear very quickly that the many people like plumbers and electricians and so many others, respected her to the point of always being at her deposal when needed. Her honesty was equaled by her ethics. I shall forever be grateful to Patty Ross for all that she has done and how she did it. I was very lucky and anyone who works with Ms. Ross will be lucky too.

I recently had the extreme pleasure of working with Patty in selling my father’s home. From day one, Patty was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for making our home sell as quickly as possible.
We had a unique home in terrain that would take a specific buyer (in a 50 and older community) and Patty came through, bringing us the most suited buyers for this home.
Patty was always available at any time - quickly handling all correspondence and any issues that may have risen. As well she was immediately responsive to our questions helping us make decisions.
When I felt we needed some additional photos – Patty stepped up to make us happy with fresh photos from her photographer. It’s important that a realtor really listens to their clients’ needs, puts them as ease, and Patty really does.
